Our scope of Services
ALL ON X IMPLANTS
CORTICO BASAL IMPLANTS
ALL ON X IMPLANTS
All-on-X Dental Implants
All-on-X is an advanced full-arch dental implant solution used to replace an entire set of missing teeth using 4–6 strategically placed implants.
The implants support a fixed full-arch prosthesis, providing strong, stable, and natural-looking teeth.
This technique maximizes the use of available bone and often reduces the need for bone grafting.
Patients can regain immediate function, improved chewing ability, and better facial aesthetics.
All-on-X offers a long-term, fixed alternative to removable dentures, restoring comfort and confidence.
ZYGOMA IMPLANTS
CORTICO BASAL IMPLANTS
ALL ON X IMPLANTS
Zygomatic Implants
Zygomatic implants are specialized long dental implants used for patients with severe upper jaw bone loss.
Instead of the maxillary bone, these implants are anchored in the zygoma (cheekbone), which provides strong support.
This technique often eliminates the need for bone grafting or sinus lift procedures.
Zygomatic implants allow fixed full-arch teeth even in highly resorbed maxilla.
They provide a reliable and immediate solution for restoring function, aesthetics, and confidence.
CORTICO BASAL IMPLANTS
CORTICO BASAL IMPLANTS
Cortico-Basal Implants
Cortico-basal implants are advanced dental implants designed to anchor in the cortical (basal) bone, which is highly dense and stable.
They are especially useful for patients with severe bone loss where conventional implants may not be possible.
This technique often eliminates the need for bone grafting or sinus lift procedures.
Cortico-basal implants usually allow immediate loading with fixed teeth within a short period.
They provide a strong, long-term solution for full-mouth rehabilitation and functional restoration.
CYSTS AND TUMORS
Cysts and Tumours of the Oral Cavity
Cysts and tumours are abnormal growths that can occur in the soft tissues or jaw bones of the oral cavity.
Cysts are usually fluid-filled lesions, while tumours may be benign or malignant solid growths.
They may present as swelling, pain, tooth displacement, or may remain asymptomatic and be detected on radiographs.
Early diagnosis using clinical examination, radiographs, and biopsy is essential for proper management.
Treatment usually involves surgical removal and appropriate follow-up to restore oral health and prevent recurrence.
WISDOM TOOTH SURGERY
Wisdom Tooth Surgery
Wisdom tooth surgery is a procedure to remove impacted or problematic third molars that cannot erupt normally.
These teeth may cause pain, swelling, infection, or damage to adjacent teeth.
The surgery is performed under local anesthesia to ensure a comfortable and painless procedure.
Removal of impacted wisdom teeth helps prevent complications such as cyst formation, gum infection, and crowding.
It is a safe and routine oral surgical procedure that promotes long-term oral health.
TMJ DISORDERS
Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Disorders
Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) disorders affect the jaw joint and surrounding muscles responsible for jaw movement.
Common symptoms include jaw pain, clicking or popping sounds, difficulty in opening the mouth, and headaches.
TMJ problems may occur due to stress, teeth grinding (bruxism), trauma, or joint dysfunction.
Diagnosis involves clinical examination and imaging such as X-rays or CBCT when required.
Treatment may include medications, physiotherapy, splints, injections, or surgical management in severe cases.
TRIGEMINAL NEURALGIA
Trigeminal Neuralgia
Trigeminal neuralgia is a chronic pain condition affecting the trigeminal nerve, which supplies sensation to the face.
It causes sudden, severe, electric shock-like facial pain, often triggered by talking, chewing, or touching the face.
The pain usually occurs on one side of the face and may last for a few seconds to minutes.
Diagnosis is based on clinical evaluation and imaging such as MRI to rule out underlying causes.
Treatment includes medications, nerve blocks, and surgical procedures in resistant cases to control the pain.
PIEZOSURGERY
Piezosurgery
Piezosurgery is an advanced surgical technique that uses ultrasonic vibrations to cut bone with high precision.
It selectively cuts hard tissue while protecting soft tissues such as nerves, blood vessels, and membranes.
This technology is commonly used in implant surgery, sinus lift procedures, bone grafting, and oral surgical procedures.
Piezosurgery allows minimal trauma, reduced bleeding, and improved surgical accuracy.
It promotes faster healing and better patient comfort compared to conventional bone cutting methods.
GENIOPLASTY (Chin Correction)
Genioplasty
Genioplasty is a surgical procedure performed to reshape or reposition the chin for improved facial balance and aesthetics.
It can correct conditions such as a receding chin, protruding chin, or facial asymmetry.
The surgery involves repositioning the chin bone and securing it with small plates and screws.
Genioplasty enhances facial harmony, profile appearance, and overall facial proportions.
It may be performed alone or in combination with orthognathic (jaw) surgery for comprehensive facial correction.
CONSCIOUS SEDATION
ORTHOGNATHIC SURGERY (Bijaw Surgery)
Conscious Sedation
Conscious sedation is a technique used to help patients relax and remain comfortable during dental or surgical procedures.
Patients remain awake but calm, with reduced anxiety and minimal awareness of the procedure.
It is commonly used for anxious patients, lengthy procedures, and minor surgical treatments.
The method ensures better patient cooperation, pain control, and a stress-free treatment experience.
Conscious sedation is safe and carefully monitored by trained professionals throughout the procedure.
ORTHOGNATHIC SURGERY (Bijaw Surgery)
ORTHOGNATHIC SURGERY (Bijaw Surgery)
ORTHOGNATHIC SURGERY (Bijaw Surgery)
Orthognathic Surgery
Orthognathic surgery is a corrective jaw surgery performed to treat abnormalities of the upper and lower jaws.
It helps correct problems such as improper bite, jaw misalignment, facial asymmetry, and difficulty in chewing or speaking.
The procedure involves repositioning the jaw bones to achieve proper alignment and function.
Orthognathic surgery improves facial aesthetics, chewing efficiency, speech, and breathing.
It is usually performed in combination with orthodontic treatment for optimal results.
NAVIGATION GUIDED IMPLANT SURGERY
ORTHOGNATHIC SURGERY (Bijaw Surgery)
ORTHOGNATHIC SURGERY (Bijaw Surgery)
Navigation Guided Surgery
Navigation guided surgery is an advanced technique that uses real-time computer-assisted guidance during surgical procedures.
It allows the surgeon to accurately track instruments and implant positions with high precision.
This technology improves surgical accuracy, safety, and predictability.
It is commonly used in dental implant placement, maxillofacial surgery, and complex anatomical cases.
Navigation guidance helps achieve minimally invasive surgery with better outcomes and faster recovery.
